What is the difference between CBD, Broad Spectrum, Full Spectrum, and Delta9 THC?
CBD Isolate will have the single CBD cannabinoid, with 0 THC.
Broad Spectrum comes with a complex of cannabinoids and is also THC FREE.
Full Spectrum can contains the same complex but with a trace amount of THC (0.3%).
Delta9 is pure THC from hemp.
Is THC from hemp legal in the United States?
THC products are currently federally legal as long as they’re derived from Farm Bill-compliant hemp and contain less than .3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by the dry weight. Some states have banned all tetrahydrocannabinols, including some THC cannabinoids. We update our product inventory and manufacturing based on the updated laws.
How much should I take as a newbie?
If you’re new to THC products, we suggest that you start with the lowest recommended dosage (for example: 1 gummy) and see how you feel within 1-2 hours. Edibles like our treats, cookies, and gummies can take up to two hours to kick in because they must be digested before entering the bloodstream. We always suggest starting low and building up gradually.
Topical products should not interfere with your dosage.

How long will the effects of THC last?
The effects of THC products may last 6 or more hours, depending upon the dosage and your metabolism.
Can I drive after taking hemp THC products?
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery when you consume delta 8 products. Delta 8 has mild psychoactive properties, and many police agencies see driving under the influence of delta 8 as equal to that of alcohol or regular cannabis.
How old do I need to be to buy THC products?
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase any of our products.
Can I take these products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals.
Will I pass a drug test if I take THC products?
Unfortunately, consuming THC products may trigger a positive result on a drug test. Consumers should refrain from enjoying THC products at least 30 days before a urine test and 90 days before a hair or nail study.
Will I pass a drug test if I take CBD products?
It is highly unlikely that a CBD product user will fail a drug test, though we cannot make any specific claims. There is less than .3% THC in our CBD products, which is in accordance with the 2014 farm bill. Starting in 2018, CBD is an allowed substance by the World Anti Doping Agency, so athletes will be able to use it. However, we advise our customers to use their own judgement if they are routinely drug tested.
